Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our atelier receives your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
